While developing affordable housing in Phoenix, AZ., I was intrigued by the graffiti I saw in the blighted neighborhoods where I worked. There was a certain declaration in those spray-painted walls and buildings. This graffiti intrigue continued when I moved to Colorado.

The scenes from three different cities would become the series “postcards from the hood”.
